Terms of banners' placement

The application for a banner's placement can be made by a company registered on the marketplace.
Advance reservation of the place for the banner should be made not later then 14 working days before the banner's placement.
Confirmation of the reservation should be made 3 working days before the banner's placement. You can confirm the reservation by sending the banner's file or just by a message if you sent it before. The application confirmed 3 working days before becomes the order. The order consists of the name of the customer, time period of the banner's showing, advertising place, the budget.
If a customer does not confirm the reservation of the place before the mentioned deadline, the reservation will be cancelled without informing the customer.
The cancellation of the order is allowed not later than 3 working days before the banner's showing begins.
If a Customer cancels the order:
- less than 3 working days before the banner's showing the penalty will be 10 % from the order's cost;
- during the banner's showing process the penalty will be 15 % from the cancelled order's cost.
The renewal of the cancelled reservation may be made less than 3 working days before the banner's showing if there are free places.
The file of the banner should be given not later than 3 working days beforethe banner's showing begins.
100 % prepayment is required for the placement of the banner.

ITEG Trade Promotion has a right to refuse applications supplied by companies which are dealing with the same business. ITEG Trade Promotion does not place advertising materials which contravene a law of the Central Asian countries or which can harm company's activity.

The prices for gif-banners placement for 1 month (4 weeks) on the russian version of the website www.smetradecenter.net.

The prices for gif-banners placement for 1 month (4 weeks) on the english version of the website www.smetradecenter.net.

Flash-banners placement on the website costs plus 30% to the total price.

Technical requirements to the banners

The banners can be .gif or .swf files;
The size of each file (gif, swf) must be no more than 20 Kbytes;
Geometric size of Gif and Flash files for banners must fit the size of the advertising place, where the banner will be placed;
In all swf-files the transfer must be made by calling on (release) { getURL(_root.link1, "_self");};
The version of a flash-banner must be 5-8;
Valid link to the site;
The banner file must sent not later than 3 working days before banner placement in advance.
